Purchase and Donation Terms

These Purchase & Donation Terms apply to all payments made through Bloom Baby, LLC (DBA Bloom Baby Doulas), including memberships, professional listings, mentorship services, programs, events, and Community Support Fund donations, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

By completing a purchase or donation, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

GENERAL PURCHASE TERMS

All purchases provide access to the specific product, service, program, or membership described at the time of purchase.

Payment confirms your agreement to the offering as described, including access structure, delivery method, and participation terms where applicable.

All offerings are subject to availability and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at the discretion of Bloom Baby, LLC.

NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES

Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, Bloom Baby, LLC does not guarantee any specific outcomes from participation, including but not limited to:

  1. Client acquisition, referrals, or placements

  2. Income or financial results

  3. Business growth or professional success

  4. Visibility, exposure, engagement, or performance results

All offerings are intended for education, community connection, professional development, and/or access to resources—not guaranteed results.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase or required by law.

This applies to all offerings, including but not limited to:

  1. Memberships (all tiers)

  2. Professional listings and visibility opportunities

  3. Mentorship packages and sessions

  4. Events, workshops, and educational programming

  5. Digital or membership-based resources

  6. Community Support Fund donations

No refunds will be issued for:

  1. Partial use or non-use of benefits or access

  2. Scheduling conflicts or changes in availability

  3. Change in participation or withdrawal

  4. Dissatisfaction with outcomes or results

  5. Termination or suspension under separate agreements

COMMUNITY SUPPORT FUND DONATIONS

Donations to the Bloom Baby, LLC Community Support Fund are voluntary contributions used to support doula care access, emergency support, doula training, and community education initiatives.

By donating, you agree that:

  1. Donations are not payment for services or membership

  2. Donations are not tax-deductible charitable contributions

  3. Funds are used at the sole discretion of Bloom Baby, LLC

  4. Donations do not guarantee access to services or eligibility for support

  5. All donations are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable

PAYMENT PROCESSING & CHARGEBACKS

By completing a payment, you agree to first contact Bloom Baby, LLC directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  1. Suspension or termination of access to services, memberships, or programs

  2. Ineligibility for future participation

  3. Recovery of funds for services already rendered or accessed

  4. Referral to collections where applicable

SEPARATE AGREEMENTS GOVERN

Certain offerings are governed by separate written agreements, including but not limited to:

  1. Affiliated Doula Membership Agreement

  2. Marketing & Visibility Agreement

  3. Mentorship Agreement

  4. Affiliation Agreement

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a separate agreement, the separate agreement will control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Baby, LLC (DBA Bloom Baby Doulas), its owners, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for:

  1. Business, financial, or personal outcomes

  2. Client acquisition, referrals, or earnings

  3. Decisions made based on participation in any offering

  4. Actions or services provided by affiliated doulas or participants

  5. Service interruptions, delays, or changes in availability

  6. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All offerings are educational, supportive, and community-based in nature and do not replace medical, legal, financial, or clinical advice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, content, frameworks, and resources provided by Bloom Baby, LLC remain the intellectual property of Bloom Baby, LLC unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

PRIVACY & DISCLAIMER

Your use of this website and participation in any offerings is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase or donation through Bloom Baby, LLC (DBA Bloom Baby Doulas), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Purchase & Donation Terms.
