Every doula on our team has completed a rigorous screening process, including:

• A deep-dive interview exploring their values, experience, and approach

• Verified background checks conducted by a third party

• Active CPR & AED certification (infant, child, and adult)

• Proof of professional liability insurance

We also encourage our affiliated doulas to participate in regular training, mentorship, and continuing education through Bloom Baby Doulas, so they stay current, connected, and prepared to support you with excellence.
