Founded in October 2017, Bloom Baby was born from a shared vision: to connect families from all walks of life with knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy doulas.
Co-founders Sarah Skogberg and Caitlyn Undreiner, both accomplished doulas and busy mothers, saw a pressing need to expand access to high-quality doula services. They also sought to create a nurturing professional network offering mentorship, peer support, and continuing education for doulas. Combining their expertise and dedication, they built a supportive framework that empowers both families and doulas to thrive.
Today, Bloom Baby flourishes under the leadership of Caitlyn Undreiner, who proudly continues this vision as the agency's sole owner. With her unwavering commitment to fostering growth and opportunity, Caitlyn ensures Bloom Baby remains a vibrant and nurturing community for families and professionals alike.
Our Mission
