Be sure to keep a clear record of all clients you work with through Bloom Baby, as well as independently and/or through other agencies. When you are ready to move up to the next tier, please notify us by submitting the short form below. This form must be received and reviewed before the change in your tier status can be made official on your Bloom Baby Profile and Client Contracts.
