Perinatal Mental Health for Doulas

Her goal is to guide the beings in her community back to living a natural life, using a variety of techniques and alternative living methods to help people excel in all areas of life; specializing in fertility, prenatal, birth, and postpartum. 

In this session, Chey shares some tried and true tips for Doula selfcare, setting realistic expectations for your practice, and how to keep your cup full; so that you can serve from a place of abundance and thrive!


Pelvic Floor Workshop For Doulas

Join us in learning more about the Pelvic Floor, why it can weaken, and how to help our clients learn to support it throughout Pregnancy, Birth, & Postpartum!

Based on her experiences with clients, mentors, and her clinical education, Dr. Zazu Cioce’s style of care focuses on building capacity and movement independence. Her services include Pelvic Floor & Orthopedic Physical Therapy during Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum.
